ILOF was founded on the conviction that the tools to achieve this already exist - they just haven't been pointed at the right problems in the right way. Prorietary photonics. Rigorous AI. Six years of clinical data. A team built to translate science into outcomes at scale. This is what we're doing with them.

Mission

By harnessing multimodal data collected by our proprietary engine Optomics®,
iLOF provides screening, diagnosis, and stratification for the most complex diseases.

Optomics® merges spectroscopy analysis analysis with AI to generate a optical fingerprint of a human plasma or blood sample. From this, we have compiled a proprietary digital library, and our validated use cases in ovarian cancer, lung cancer, and Alzheimer's disease demonstrate clinical utility across three challenging indications in medicine.

We are remaking medicine, shifting it from a treatment paradigm to a scalable, preventive reality.

VISION

Optomics® promises to lay the groundwork for a future where medical care shifts from a focus on simple treatments to a focus on personalised prevention.

Through AI and photonics, we believe optical fingerprints will help avert even the most complex diseases, before they take hold. Prevention will be at the point of care, prior to disease onset.

With this, we will lift the weight from health infrastructures worldwide, and release millions of patients from the pain and burden of prolonged disease.
